QAre you fully insured?

This is a question we are often asked by customers who need to know that their possessions will be covered by insurance in a worst case scenario.

In simple terms - yes! We have fully comprehensive insurance to provide you with complete peace of mind.

However, in cases where there are very high value pieces of furniture or goods - we can arrange special insurance cover at an affordable price. Just ask us to provide a quotation for the additional cover you feel is required for those very special items, and we will ask our insurance company to see what we can do for you.

QIs your storage and warehouse facility alarmed?

We have a full intruder detection system and smoke & fire detection system installed within our offices and storage warehouse space.

When we are off-site, our premises are remotely monitored 24/7/365 by our service provider, who are able to respond to any emergency, and authorised to contact the Police or Fire Service for a response on our behalf.

Our building's key-holders are all locally based in Mold, and therefore within a few minutes response time for any emergency.

QIs your storage facility safe and dry?

Quite often, when customers think about storage and warehouse services, they wonder if their possessions will be in as good a condition when they are collected, as they were when initially stored - particularly if the storage period is over many years.

We can give a resounding 'YES' to this question. We have never had a customer take away damaged goods as a result of damp conditions or vermin.

Fears of a damp warehouse susceptible to storm and and heavy rain conditions can alarm a customer, every bit as much as damage caused by vermin; so we understand the need to reassure our customers that we have everything taken care of.

Our wooden storage containers provide safe and dry space for everything, including clothing. Our warehouse is a secure and climate controlled environment, and the roof and fabric of the building are in excellent condition. One of our long term customers has had their possessions stored with us since the late 1970's, and to date the goods are in exactly the same condition as when we first received them.

We welcome any customer to inspect our facilities prior to awarding us their storage business. We are confident we will exceed your expectations.

QMy parents are elderly - will they be in safe hands?

QWho will liaise with me during my move?

Initially our Moving Consultant will visit you at home to discuss your needs, and provide a free pre-move survey of your property. This will help us to prepare a full quotation, plan your personalised itinerary, agree upon a date for your move, and answer your questions.

Our Domestic Removals service provides you with a Personal Move Manager, who will guide you through the entire removals process, making the transition to your new home stress-free.

Your Personal Move Manager works with you on a one-to-one basis for the duration of your move, ensuring a high level of personal service, providing expert moving advice, and maintaining the security of your personal property.
